We started in 2001 with a simple idea: every organization deserves great HR.
It not only protects an organization – truly great HR has the power to transform it.
But we know we can’t do it alone. So we look for partners who share our values and want to help their clients achieve great HR.
By providing tools, trainings, thought leadership, and a live helpline to HR experts.
Experts who care about our partners and their clients. And who are really, really good at what they do.
Our 5 Core Values
Whether it’s our colleagues, clients, partners, or communities, we care about the well-being and success of the people and organizations around us. We seek to build and nurture these relationships by understanding their needs, finding creative ways to collaborate, and taking the extra step to consistently exceed expectations.
We challenge ourselves to look for meaningful ways to make HR easier and more productive for our partners, clients, and their employees.
We strive to help our clients see HR as a source of value, innovation, and long-term success for their organizations, and to give them the tools, guidance, and information to make it happen.
Identifying a problem is an important first step, but we believe the key to success lies in how quickly we can shift our focus from the problem to the solution.
We believe that the relationships we build depend on trust, and that trust is earned by being open and honest, even when no one is going to notice.
